Customer Service Department Contact?

How do I contact Roku directly? Have absolutely no info on site about contacting someone about bogus charges on my credit card. This is why I hate Roku. Don't subscribe to channels via Roku. Subscribe via the actual provider.  Customer Services Department??? I guess there isn't one.  Can't find any info even on Google.

    We're sorry to hear about your experience. For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: then choose 'Account, payments & subscription'. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
