Crunchyroll doesn't play English dubs

Whenever I try to play shows with English dubs, the language that always plays is Japanese,  with very few exceptions. This always seems to happen when I have been logged out of my account for some unknown or if there has been some sort of change or action taken by Roku or Crunchyroll. It doesn't matter if it's a new show, an old show or something I have been in mid season. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing has worked. I hope someone can help. Thanks.
