Crave App Viewing Options Gray

My app has a large number of gray boxes instead of showing actual content.  If you click on them you get an message that something went wrong.  I have tried suggestions provided by support but no luck.  Roku sends me to Crave and Crave sends me to Roku.  Any ideas?

      Thanks for chiming in!

      As checked, this could be a regional restriction on your Roku account. To help you solve this, try creating a new Roku account and performing a factory reset on your Roku device to make sure that your account is set to your current region.

        I have tried this and i can't put in my region am in Canada and wont let me put in a postal code. Factory reset is what starred this problem for me
