Crave App Viewing Options Gray

My app has a large number of gray boxes instead of showing actual content.  If you click on them you get an message that something went wrong.  I have tried suggestions provided by support but no luc...

    As checked, this could be a regional restriction on your Roku account. To help you solve this, try creating a new Roku account and performing a factory reset on your Roku device to make sure that your account is set to your current region.

      I have tried this and i can't put in my region am in Canada and wont let me put in a postal code. Factory reset is what starred this problem for me
