CONTINUING Xfinity Stream App volume fluctuations (low / no/ loud / garbled)
For a very long time there has been a volume issues with Roku devices using the Comcast Stream app.
Periodic, inconsistent, but repeating issues with bad volume control.
In some instances, the volume will:
- Mute itself
- lower
- increase
- or become garbled.
This is NOT a Comcast stream app issue -- it is a Roku issue involving Roku firmware. This has been well documented in both Comcast and Roku forums.
No manner of resetting anything, uninstalling or reinstalling works -- it is an exclusive problem with Roku's firmware and does not present on any other Roku apps.
It has NEVER been fixed by Roku, yet each ticket that is opened gets closed without resolution by Roku.
When is this going to be fixed?
