Continue Watching removed 11-20-2024
The problem as reported by others continues. For me it started the week of 11-20-2024 and seems related to the temporary ad topics stuffed into the home screen, or the deployment of the new Backdrop feature.
Why are labels "bug" and "UI-Failure" not allowed? They are the most appropriate for this problem. None of those listed are actually useful, such as "General Question".

Device reset did not resolve the problem.

Before we start, please check that your Roku device or TV has the latest software version. This will ensure you get the newest updates for the Roku streaming platform. You can find the "My Entertainment" tab next to the "Streaming Store" tab, which is located between the "Streaming Store" and "My Offers" tabs.
The My Entertainment tab has the following categories: Continue Watching, Save Lists, My Favorites, Favorite Live TV Channels, and Apps.
