Cloudpath authorization error in Oxygen True Crime App.

This morning, I wanted to watch the Oxygen True Crime App. However, I keep getting an error, and I do not understand the error. I have removed and added the app, but I still get an error. If someone can please assist me, I would be grateful.   The error code reads the following:  

Please help!  UGH
