Closed Captions won't turn off when using You Tube

Functions correctly on other sites - but not on any channel on You Tube TV ...........................??

    Google (YouTube TV's) owner, in its infinite wisdom,  does not use the standard Roku controls for YouTube TV.

    While watching a YouTube TV program move the cursor down to display a row of YouTube TV options.  CC is one of them.  Click on that and it will present your choices.
