Closed captions out of sync on Prime Video

Can anyone tell me how to fix closed captions that are out of sync with audio on Amazon Prime Video app running on Roku Ultra streaming device?

I've removed the app; restarted the Roku Ultra; added the app; restarted the Roku - no help.

I've restarted my router - no help.

I've restarted the Roku Ultra - no help.

The captions are displaying about 6 seconds in advance of the audio.
