- May we know what Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
- Is this happening on all channels and contents, or is it isolated? (Specify)
- Could you send us a photo of your running problem?

You may want to look at the entire thread. This issue is being reported ONLY for Channel 378. For me it is happening on both Roku Streambar and Roku Express 4K+.
Other channels are showing sub-titles correctly. At this exact moment Feb 21st, 8:20 PM EST, Channel 378 is showing "Her Private Life" with no sub-titles. At the same time adjacent, similar channels such as 379 and 380 showing sub-titles (English) correctly. - RokuJanadeeK2 years agoRetired Moderator
