Close captions not working with Roku Live

My captions work on everything but but Roku Live. Please help. I'm hearing impaired. I have a Roku TV and a 4K streaming stick. I have the same problem with both. I've reset, updated, turned them on ...

    Thanks for reaching out regarding your concern about the closed captions with Roku Live TV. I'm here to help.

    To enable closed captions, follow the steps below:

    1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. To open the Captions menu, select Accessibility. If Accessibility is not listed, select Captions.

    In addition, you can set the closed captions on Live TV using the app settings.

    1. Open the Roku Live TV Channel Guide
    2. Select a program
    3. Press the Star (*) and select the Closed options.
    4. Select "Enable"
