I can't remove the app. The only asterisk options I have are:
Move app
Move app to top
Manage subscription
Check for updates
Close
I have checked for updates and the app is always up to date. I've also tried the general start/stop, system refresh options.

I'm having the same issue. I purchased from Roku and the website itself. Was supposed to let me create an acct and get a auth code to stream on my Roku TV
I emailed the one address in their terms and conditions. Let's see what they tell me.
