We got a new roku tv, since then I have been trying to log into cineplex store. I keep getting “something went wrong” message and then booted out to the Home Screen. I have tried deleting it and doing a reboot and the reinstall. Any suggestions?
I can't find a "Cineplex" Roku channel app in the Roku channel stores for US, Canada, or UK. Where are you located?
Or is your problem with logging into your account at cineplex.com, the Canadian Theater operating company?
The app is “cineplex store”. I’m located in Canada. The app works on my other devices just not my new roku tv. It also worked on my last roku tv.
