Channel shortcut buttons on remote

It is now over a year later and nothing has been done to fix the problem. Channel selection has become even more difficult since channel numbers of streaming channels were removed. WHY?

    If you are referring to missing channel numbers in the Roku Live TV Guide, you can re-enable them.

    When in the Guide, navigate to the left where the channel logo is.  Press the asterisk (*) key on the Roku remote.  Select "Sort Channel List".  Then select "By Channel Number".

      AvsGunnar, thank you very much! It worked perfectly. The Roku way may have been good for Roku but it made absolutely no sense to me and countless other users.

      When was this work-around made available? I guess Roku does respond to users' complaints, at least this time.

      Love seeing those channel numbers on all the streaming channels.

        I believe sometime back in April or May of 2024 they provided this ability to toggle between the two options.  The complete channel number removal did not go over well with users.  Like you, glad Roku reversed course on this one.
