Channel selection Menu scrolls uncontrollable, skips over the channel to be selected!!!

They did describe the issue, and I have the same issue. My Roku Ultra, when trying to move the cursor or selection box, it starts to run across all selections one to another without stopping for some time. I tried different remotes, and the app on my phone in remote mode, all with the same result. I have powered down the unit 5 times, left it unhooked from the power supply for at least 30 seconds, then powered up again. This does not help resolve the issue. There is no way to contact Roku for help. My unit is only about 6 months old and came with the rechargeable remote.

    We're glad to assist you with your problem with controlling your Roku. Please try to restart your system by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) and see if it fixes the issue.
