Here are some suggested steps we want you to try, and see if that resolves the issue.
- Navigate to the Channel logos in your Live TV guide.
- Press the * button to open the Channel Options menu.
- Select the "Sort channel list" setting.
- Choose between "As recommended by Roku" and "By Channel Number".
- Select your preferred option to apply the changes.
