Channel Exiting Prematurely

Roku LE

I am having a issue with the Rugby Network channel. I use to be able to play the channel, however now the channel will only pull up the Rugby Network logo, screen goes black, then the channel exits to show the home screen. How do I fix this problem? I restarted my Roku LE device, uninstalled and reinstalled the channel, unplugged and plugged the power cord on the Roku LE device. It is the only channel that does this.

    Hello,

    I am not an expert but I just want to say that try to check channel update, Clear channel cache, Do factory reset device.
