Same issue here (roughly 3 minutes of playback) with my Streaming 4K Stick (3820EU).
I've tried various suggestions;
Different HDMI port
Different power adapter
Not using the remote
Factory Reset
Enabling Developer Mode
Software version:
13.0.0:24056My Roku Express 4k (3940EU) seems to be unaffected by any issue.
I have reached out to support to see if there is a software issue, but the last updates was a few days ago and the issue only seem to start happening roughly 8-10 hours ago.

We want to investigate further this issue you had with the channels, as they close when you are watching. Can you please provide the following information below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- Does this issue occur on a specific channel? If so, what channel and what version or build is it? (You can find this by selecting the channel on the home screen and pressing the * button.)
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.Thanks,
