Changing channels in DIRECTV app

Is there a remote that will allow me  change channels by directly entering the channel number when watching the DirecTv app?  My [Samsung] tv remote will perform all Roku remfunctions, except Home, b...

Ok. Thanks

i have a Samsung TV. The Samsung DirecTV app doesn’t work. SdirecTV techs told it’s a known problem and I could get a Roku streamer and use the DirecTV app on it, which works fine. The alternative is 1) argue with Samsung or 2) buy a different brand TV.

Thus the question here
