There is a major problem with the live CBS network feed on the Paramount + channel on the Roku channel, to the point that it is not watchable. The audio feed is completely out of sync to the video feed and it freezes multiple times. Same problem on all my Roku devices and restarting the Roku does not fix it. Please offer a solution to this as soon as possible. Thanks

We will be more than happy to assist you further with the CBS channel issue. Do you have any other device/s connected to your TV? (e.g. speakers and another sound system) In the meantime, please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.
