CBS channel issues—not staying connected

I am having this exact problem in October 2024. I am tired of deleted and adding over and over. Can CBS fix this??  Apparently, ROKU does not cae.

    Please be informed that certain standalone apps on the Roku streaming platform are being managed and maintained independently by the channel provider, so we highly suggest directly coordinating this with their Support team for further assistance.
