I have upgraded to Gem premium and am now required to sign in to stream Gem on my TV but keep getting the message that my email or password is incorrect. I am trying to sign in using my Roku account, as requested.
Changed my CBC password and signed with that. Solved!! Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
If you see a screen like this:
... it is not requesting that you log in with your Roku credentials, it is offering to enter your Roku email for you.
If the service you are trying to sign into requires a different email, don't click Continue, click Use different email instead, then enter the appropriate email address and password on the next screen.
Did you try your CBC Gem password and was that successful? (Hopefully that is different than your Roku password.)
