Caption issue with Moscow on the Hudson on the Roku Channel

There is a caption issue with the Robin Williams movie Moscow on the Hudson. When the actors are speaking Russian, there are no subtitles. I've seen this movie many times over the years, and there are supposed to be subtitles that appear. Can Roku fix this issue, please? Thanks.

  • You could try to restart your device.  That usually works for me when this happens.  On homescreen go to Settings > Power > Restart.

    Hello dragonboots2005

We saw your post and understand you're not seeing closed captions during the Russian-speaking scenes in Moscow on the Hudson on The Roku Channel.

We will share this issue with our team to investigate the issue further, and if an update is available, we will let you know.

In the meantime, if you could provide us a short video showing the issue occurring, it would be helpful.
