Captcha Keeps Asking if I'm Not a Robot Over and Over Error

I get the captcha screen as many as 6 or 7 times, though I accurately click on the pictures. Then I get these captcha screens with horribly grainy photos. Then I have to go to my email to wait several minutes get a 6 figure code. This is truly an excessively paranoid system that abuses its customers with ridiculous "safeguards." I have many financial, medical, and premium streaming services more user-friendly. I will not recommend Roku to anyone. I use the latest Roku Ultra.
Greenhermit Where are you seeing a captcha and on what device? If you are referring to the forum here, then you evidently have not seen the spammers that try to overwhelm the forum with their scam posts. I am not a fan of captchas but if it prevents some of the scam posts, then so be it.
At the login screen, you can normally WAIT for the reCaptcha logo to appear in the lower right of your screen. Once that happens, you usually do not need to do a picture Captcha. It's possible you may need to do a picture once if you have cleared cookies.
