can't stop paramount plus subscription I didn't sign up for

Does anyone have this problem. I received an email saying welcome back to paramount plus however I did not renew my subscription either on the paramount website or with my roku device. I went to the account section on paramount plus and it tells me to cancel my membership with the roku. The problem is that when I go to look at any active subscriptions on the roku website I have none. I don't know what to do or how to get rid of it. Can anyone help me out? I would like to be able to put in my payment method but afraid it will charge me.

    Do you have more than one Roku?  Do ANY of them show a Paramount+ subscription?  Check on all of them to see if any of them are linked to a different Roku account (i.e. different email address shown via Settings > System > About). 

    Check the email address to which that "welcome back" message was sent.  That should be the email address under which the channel was subscribed.  You would need to log into the Roku account at that email address to find that subscription.
