Can't Sign out of Disney+

In the past I had a subscription to Disney+ on my RokuTV. 

My friend came over and signed in to Disney+ on my TV. After she left, I decided to resubscribe to Disney+. 

The Disney+ app will not allow me to log out as her. I already did a factory reset. Why does everything have to be so difficult with Roku.

    Each channel developer decides what options to include and how to get to them.

    On Disney+, starting at its home screen:

    • Press DOWN once to display the menu on the left side of the screen
    • Click on SETTINGS
    • Click on LOG OUT

    Now you can log in with your own Disney+ credentials.
