Can't sign in to Paramount Plus

We understand your concern regarding the sign-in issue with Paramount+, and we're here to provide you with the right information.
Take note that a subscription to a premium app through The Roku Channel can only be accessed within the app itself. In this case, since the subscription was made through The Roku Channel, access will be limited to the Roku Channel app, and you cannot use the credentials to sign in with the Paramount+ stand-alone app.
For more information, you can enjoy the same content and shows with Paramount+ through The Roku Channel, same with the stand-alone app at Paramount+.
