Can't play Star trek TNG or Voyager for last 3 days

Sine 2025-1-13, I can't view Star Trek TNG or Voyager. Tried different sources but nothing seems to work. I usually watch 1 episode of each a day.

I have a Roku Ultra.

    • What channel are you trying to access with this content?
    • Have you tried watching it using your non-Roku device?
    • What season and episode you can't watch with Star Trek: Voyager?

    This is multi faceted problem.

    I wasn't clear it relates to Star Trek TNG (The Next Generation) and Voyager. 

    I checked my subscription for Paramount+ and it is active but when i try to view either with Paramount they don't play.

    For TNG, I can select Pluto and it plays but not with Paramount.

    For Voyager, initially Pluto is shown as an option but if I go to select an episode, the option to select Pluto is missing.

    I can't say what channel since I go to search and select either then 'drill down' to an episode.

    Hope this helps you better understand the issue.

    I don't have non-Roku device.

      In some cases, checking your internet connection may be helpful. Additionally, consider clearing your device's cache and data and restarting your device to facilitate a smoother process.

      To Clear cache and data, go to the home screen, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Network connection reset, then Reset connection. Once the connection has been reset, please set up your internet connection again.

        Thanks. The reset helped. But there are other aspects to this concern. I do a search for The Next Generation or Voyager, there an option to view by Pluto or Paramount+ but after selecting an episode, the option to select Pluto is not there. Could some one explain that?

        Another aspect, I am subscribed to Paramount+ but if I try to watch the Star Trek movie The Undiscovered Country, I'm told I need to subscribe to Paramount+ - what is going on?

        Out of curiosity, how often should I expect to reset the Roku Ultra box? I ask as I bought this about 3 months ago.

      Just as another data point, I picked an episode of TNG from P+ and worked normally.

      When I say "from P+" I mean started the P+ app on the home screen and selected TNG. I think you may be doing it some other way such as via a search.

    I am subscribed to Paramount+ through Roku and having problems viewing some shows.

    I can't view the movie Star Trek The Undiscovered Country or Star Trek Voyager after season 4.

    Any assistance to resolve this would be appreciated.
