Can't launch some channels

I have the following device: Roku Ultra, 4640X, serial #: YP0009664879, software version: 14.1 I cannot launch channels including: Hulu, Roku, YouTube, Max. They just take me back to the Home scree...

    I wasted about an hour with Roku support.  I finally did a factory reset and that fixed my problem.  Unfortunately, I had to go back through and configure all of my channels.
