Can't fix zoomed in screen?

I have seen other people post about this issue, and I have tried every fix suggested, but I cannot fix my Roku screen being zoomed in. Fixes I have already tried:

-Restarting the Roku system
-Checking for a system update (there is not one, I am up to date)
-Unplugging both my tv and Roku
-Confirming it is not my tv (other devices and channels work fine)
-A factory reset

Please help!
Roku Model: 3930RW-Roku Express

    Have you tried connecting the Roku to a different HDMI input on the TV?

    The fact that other inputs are okay doesn't necessarily mean it's not a tv setting problem.  On many TVs, each input has its own independent picture size setting.  It may be called picture size, aspect ratio, or something similar.
