    Hi, wendybow

    Welcome to the Roku Community.

As checked by our team, your current Roku device, which is the Roku 2 HD model (3000X), is no longer supported with the Roku software updates. This means that your device may not be compatible with newer versions of apps and channels as well as new ones released.

Please send us a private message here in the Roku Community. We've got a little surprise for you!

    Thanks,
    Kash

wendybow, what's the model number of your Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About?  There's also the possibility that it got installed, but isn't showing up on your Home Screen.  Search for "Tucker Carlson" on your Roku device itself and see if there's an option to launch it.

The Roku Streaming Store website will only show you, and allow you to add to your Roku account, apps supported/released in your geograpical area.  The channel will then automatically install on any Roku:

    • that is linked to that account, and
    • that is capable of running the channel app.

The Tucker Carlson Network website says it is available on Roku, but like so many other sites, it doesn't mention WHICH Roku devices it supports.  Many channel apps, especially newer ones like Tucker Carlson, rely on features and capabilities added to more recent Roku models and can't be run on no-longer-supported models lacking those features and capabilities.
