Can't add my first streaming channel

I have had my roku unit set up for a few months now and only watched the free stuff. I just set up an account with email address, password, pin, and credit card info. When I went to  add Paramount + on the TV, it says my pin  # is invalid. I know I set up an account since I got a welcome e mail to the same e mail address.

What am I doing wrong?

    If you've been using your Roku for a few months you already had a Roku account.  There was no need to set up a new account.  You can either factory reset your Roku device and link it to the new account or just use the old account.  If you've forgotten the email address for the old account you can find it on your Roku device by navigating to Settings->System->About.
