Can't add apps from Australia

Just purchased a new TV with Roku. Have set it up via the instructions but I cannot add additional streaming channels. Even when I go to the website Streaming Store all the Channels add App buttons are greyed out and do not work. I live in Australia. Is there something I'm missing?

    Most likely your Roku account isn't associated with Australia.  This can happen if you created the account while outside of Australia or while using a VPN or something that masks your true location.  The solution is to create a new Roku account ensuring you're not using anything that would block your location and then factory reset the TV to link it to the new account.
