Can't access new season of Shetland on britbox or prime video

I've got a subscription through Roku to Hulu Disney and Warner, and a Prime Video and still cannot access the new season of shetland. looking for an answer.

    In this instance, have you tried reaching out to the channel provider themselves and letting them know that you can't access a certain series inside their app? It's best to keep in mind that Hulu, Disney+, and Prime video channels are some of the apps that provided, maintained, and updated their app on the Roku streaming platform by their channel provider independently.
