Cannot sign in to the curiosity stream channel

I signed up for the curiosity stream channel through my Roku account and when I go to sign into the CuriosityStream channel it says it does not recognize my email and/or my password which I have tried five times now. I have subsequently canceled my subscription to the curiosity stream channel.

    Each channel provider manages their own service accounts and login information and can assist you with getting logged into their channel/service on your Roku device.

      I have the exact same issue with authenticating my login credentials with curiositystream when signing in. My curiositystream subscription is showing up in my roku account AND I KNOW that I am entering the same login credentials I used when signing up earlier today. 

      Per the useless instructions from roku to the OP who first posted about this, I went to curiositystream. They don't have a record of me having an account with the email address I use for roku, which means roku is failing to properly link my subscription to curiositystream.

      I was really looking forward to watching curiositystream content right after subscribing. Please fix this issue or cancel my subscription.

        I’m having the exact same issue. I can’t get help from Roku or Curiosity Stream. Have you been able to login, yet??

      I cannot sign into the CuriosityStream channel.  I contacted CuriosityStream and got an email with a link that doesn't work.  Per their request ("please email us at help@curiositystream.com or call us at 1-844-778-8999"), so I sent an email but no response.  I called, but the number is "no longer in service.")  I tried the website for CuriosityStream and the "page cannot be reached."  What gives?  Suggestions?

        Hello Pau,

        Your problem is an entirely different issue. I suggest that you open a new item for it.

         

        Having said that, I just went to https://curiositystream.com/ and was able to log on just fine. I think I would start there, at the web site, and verify that your ID and passwords are correct.

    Signed up for a year and password no longer works. I only use a couple different ones.  The channel kept on crashing my tv too. Froze tv completely to. It's a Roku tv. Had to do a reset. Now will not take password

      For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact Curiosity Stream channel support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

    I couldn't login to Curiosity Stream from Roku but could from the web. The reason: special characters in my password (punctuation). 

    It's pretty embarrassing that neither Roku nor Curiosity Stream could post this somewhere to save folks a lot of hassle (or you know, fix the app)

      For us to better understand the issue you're having, are you trying to access Curiosity Stream through the stand-alone channel or through The Roku Channel? Also, are you directly subscribed to the channel or through Roku Pay?
