cannot connect to streaming service

I was out of town for 24 hours. When I got home and tried to watch my streaming channels I get the error code ui-801-p1. I've reset my internet (its connected) turner off TV, Roku, etc, and still can...

    1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
    2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
    3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

    Additionally, you can perform the steps below as an add-on troubleshooting to ensure an effective resolution. 

    1. Unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds
    2. Plug your modem and router back in
