Cannot connect to appletv app

I have tried to load my apps today and all of them are being extremely slow but the appletv one won’t even connect at all! It’s a roku ultra and is wired to my router. I did a speed test and my internet is fast, I checked connection and it says it’s good, I restarted the roku and also unplugged it from the router and plugged it back in and it STILL will not load. Any suggestions? Oh and another issue is paramount all of a sudden started saying I didn’t have access because I was out of the country so something is definitely amiss. Any suggestions?

    Try also restarting all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router.

      Thanks I did try that as well, multiple times. I checked with my Internet provider Comcast and they also did a diagnostic restart and said everything was good and yet nothing will work still. I’m able to AirPlay stuff (except appletv) I just can’t watch it from my roku apps
