I am unable to see my Prime Video app on the home page. I have to go to add a channel and then select search. I will then see the button for Prime Video. I originally had the app but it would not work so I deleted it and reinstalled it. That is when it would no longer show up. Please advise.
Did you add from the device or from the website? There's been reports of apps added on the website not showing up. The solution is to remove the app using the mobile app (search for it and there should be an option to remove it) and then add it from "Streaming Store" on the device itself. It's probably best to perform a "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate) before adding it again.
