Can I watch US channels such as NBC and ABC ?
And how do I go about doing it ?

Broadcast channels require an antenna, or a subscription to a service like YouTube TV, Fubo, Sling, etc... There are ABC and NBC apps, but they are TV Everywhere apps and require linking with a paid subscription from a cable or streaming TV service.
