Can’t navigate within YouTube and YouTube TV apps

I cannot navigate once I open YouTube and YouTube TV.  I can navigate in other apps, but when I open YouTube or YouTube TV, I can’t move through the menus and have to turn off the tv to get out the app. Just stopped working this afternoon.

    This behavior could happen if the channel requires a refresh or update. As you've mentioned, this is an isolated case with YouTube and YouTube TV channels. We recommend starting by checking for an update on the channels. Navigate to the channel tile, press the * sign button of your Roku remote, and then select Check updates.
