I’m trying to cancel disney plus (due to the outrageous price increase) through roku but it doesn’t show up under my subscriptions. I tried to cancel on disney plus website and it says I’m subscribed through a third party. I checked my bank statement and it says it’s going through roku.
Make sure you're logging in at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About. If you have multiple Roku devices, check the email address on each one.

Please cancel Hulu from my Roku account
selma9, you can't do that here. Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About and you can manage any subscriptions you have through Roku. If your subscription is directly with Hulu, you'll have to cancel with them.
