You mentioned that you have tried removing and reinstalling the app? Just to double-check, did you restart the device after removing the app? To make sure no steps have been overlooked, follow these steps below:
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device (Important step after removing the app): Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
- Reinstall the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

The app after pressing star doesn’t have the remove channel option… now it been a whole week no service.
i will cancel and maybe rejoin
