BritBox Roku channel missing poirot episodes

The first episode of “Peril at End House” is missing from Roku BritBox. I paid for a yearly subscription only to find that there are missing episodes. While on the actual BritBox app they are there. It seems that even though I paid through Roku it doesn’t count through the actual BritBox app. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I will not be taken in again by subscribing through Roku!
