britbox channel on pluto loses video but audio works

For several months while watching britbox channel on pluto TV the video goes black but the audio and closed caption continues to work fine. Video usually only drops for 5-30 seconds and then returns by itself. This happens very regularly...more than 20 times per hour. I have reloaded the pluto app, power cycled the Roku unit with no affect.
