If you have resolved the black screen issue while streaming, and you experience freezing, you can perform a system restart as a troubleshooting step to address the issue.
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart

Greetings. Seems like it's gotten a bit better. I can't seem to keep resolutions 720 it keep going off. I also can't get my Netflix to sync. It just turn and not sync. Please help. I've been trying to Netflix to play for four days, my patience is wearing real thin.
