Black screen on Live TV help!

Turned on my TV today and all of a sudden the contrast is off on Live TV. The screen is pretty much black.  I see a perfect picture when I'm in the main menu.  I live alone so nobody messed with the settings.  The picture is fine when I'm in Netflix or Max apps?

    Thanks for letting us know that you're having a black screen issue with your Roku Live TV Channel Guide. Please provide us with the following details so we can investigate the issue further.

    • Take a photo or video of the TV screen displaying the issue while you navigate the remote through the Roku Live TV Channel Guide until the problem arises. 

      How do I insert an image in a post?

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version and build. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
    • Troubleshooting steps taken
