We would recommend performing the troubleshooting listed below to see if that helps.
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
- Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.
Let us know if that makes a difference.

I went through this process multiple times, and it did not fix the issue. I spoke with the company that made this app, and they said the issue was on Roku's end.

We appreciate you for inquiring about support in this thread, and we're here to assist. Have you tried restarting your internet modem or trying an alternative network such as a mobile hotspot to see if you're able to notice any difference?

I have a TCL Roku tv (just bought it).
As another person stated I can not log in the Bentkey app.
I keep getting the message "an error happened".
I have removed and reinstalled the app and reset the TV but no luck.
This app was the sole reason I picked this tv..
