Being charged to watch channels

I’ve been with Roku for about 5 years. My remote broke and I ordered a new. Now I find that all of the channels I got for FREE are now requiring money!!!  What’s up with that?  Same customer as before with free Netflix and others. Now I must pay to watch these channels. Netflix used to FREE😡

    Netflix has never been free.  I'm not sure how you had it, but you must have been logged into someone's Netflix account.

      There was a case in the news about a woman who managed to use her Ex’s Netflix account without his knowledge.  How did she go unnoticed by the Ex?  She changed her profile name to “Settings”. 😀
