BBC Channels not found in channel scan

I recently bought the RCA Roku TV 24" TV and none of the BBC channels are appearing after the channel scan

 

have ITV, C4, 5 etc but none of the BBC channels

 

all the apps work fine and my location is set to UK - I have factory reset the TV and done multiple rescans but none of the BBC channels ever appear 

 

the first channel on my guide is 3; 1 and 2 aren’t even there.

      Same question here from wales. My dad bought roku tv and bbc channels not on antenna list

        Thanks for sharing your streaming issues about being unable to find the BBC channels on your Roku. We'd be happy to provide further information about this. 

        Depending on where you live, you may be able to receive free “over-the-air” TV broadcasts from nearby TV stations using an HDTV antenna. You can refer to Antenna Web for more information on accessing “over-the-air” TV in your area and finding and using an HDTV antenna.

        Additionally, only a limited number of channels may be available after scanning with your antenna.
