BBC America Channel Works on One Roku, But Not Another

UPDATE #2 I re-checked the problematic BBC America app yesterday, Feb 28, 2025, and it is now working normally. I hadn't performed any additional troubleshooting, other than that listed in my origin...

Yes, as mentioned in my initial post, both units are on the same network.

And, yes, I reset power after uninstalling BBC app. Then, after the system restarted, I reinstalled BBC. No joy.

Still receiving the 403_Country_Code error today, by the way. I've never had a country code error on any Roku, which is actually saying a lot, since I've had Roku streaming devices since the old Roku 2 XS - love them!

I keep thinking I'm overlooking something obvious, but <shrugs>. I'm starting to think this is something beyond my control.
